One of the most incredible benefits is quite simply the “partnership” approach to working with you and your organization. I know you will stand behind your work and get involved in the details. We benefit greatly from your willingness to jump right in and become a member of the team in any way shape, or form that we need to get the job done and get it done right. There are often times when we require more input, knowledge and expertise than we may have ourselves and we love being able to rely on you to help us meet the challenge of any given project.

Large corporations, agencies, design firms, retail outlets, catalog retailers, financial organizations for annual reports, overview brochures, direct mail, dimensional direct mail, identity work, grocery chains…etc…

What can we do to better your experience?
For the most part, the experience is very good and the relationship strong. From a general improvement standpoint, we can always improve; but , in this case the experience is very, very good. As we continue to evolve in communications, more and more we will need your expertise and knowledge in how to apply our clients’ brands across many platforms from print and collateral, or electronic and social, we’ll need advice across the board and how to take the printed material across multiple channels, from digital desktop, to social, direct.

Why did you decide to buy from us?
We buy from Hopkins for a multitude of reasons:

  • Excellent service from our rep “Whenever we ask for a quote or need an order fulfilled, the response is always speedy and our needs are met in a timely and efficient matter.”
  • Flexibility in job size/specs/requirements “whenever we have a new order or something specialized, Hopkins finds a way to lay out the piece to best fit our needs and also run most efficiently in the shop. Multiple options are available if required.
  • Ohio business, we try to keep things in Ohio if we can.
  • Proximity to our paper mill and free shipping/drop off for orders.
  • Pricing is fair and reasonable on most jobs. Whenever its too high or “out of wack”, you have already informed me that it’s not in the “sweet spot” but that you can do it.

What were your expectations, and how well did we meet them?
Expectations are that we get a timely response from our rep on our requests, the job is done within the allotted time for shipping by deadline, and yes, you have always done a great job.

You were already an established vendor when I began working for Navigator but I understood after only the first order why they chose you.
